Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ex-aiimsdoctors.com patient comes first. Hence we ensure that our process are the best in the industry. When you select an expert of your choice to give you consultation, we ensure that the concerned expert gets information about the case and is reminded to give consultation in time. We generally anticipate that the experts will give you reply within 48 hours.

PAYMENT

Ex-aiimsdoctors.com provides a variety of consultation services on a variable fee basis. The amount of the consultation fee depends upon the type of consultation. Payment for your consultation is required by payment gateway payment methods at the time of booking.

Ex-aiimsdoctors.com understands that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. We therefore kindly request that if you do cancel your consultation appointment, you do so as soon as practical, and at the least, with a twenty-four hour notice. This will also enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot.

CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS

The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment either by calling (+91 88870888) or emailing (info@ex-aiimsdoctors.com) info@ex-aiimsdoctors.com more than twenty-four hours prior to your appointment time. You may cancel for any reason. Upon request, your credit card will be credited the amount of the consultation fee that you paid to schedule the consultation.

If you choose to cancel your appointment less than twenty-four hours of your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to your consultation fee.

Also, if you fail to appear for your consultation appointment and provide no notice whatsoever to info@ex-aiimsdoctors.com, this will be considered a “No-Show”, and you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee.

info@ex-aiimsdoctors.com reserves the right to cancel or modify consultation reservations where it appears that a client has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the consultation reservations contain, or resulted from a mistake or error.

All refunds will be subject to a transaction charge that will be deducted while making a refund.
